I’m Chuck Figueroa, an investor, producer, advisor, and philanthropist based in New York, working across sports, venture capital, and entertainment.

I founded The Cerebral Agency to bring together athletes, startups, and global brands with the right capital, strategy, and storytelling to scale ideas that matter. I began my career in media and production while at UCLA, where I worked on early documentary and film festivals that set the foundation for my work today. Since then, I’ve built a career that spans venture capital and entertainment, holding roles with platforms like Republic and Blockchain Founders Fund while advising companies on growth, partnerships, and capital formation.

Through The Cerebral Agency, I focus on building ventures that connect culture, commerce, and capital  shaping stories, businesses, and philanthropic initiatives that can define a generation.

I’m Kristin Stueben, an investor, entrepreneur, and co-founder based in New York, working across beauty, venture capital, and consumer innovation.

I co-founded The Cerebral Agency with Chuck Figueroa to bring together athletes, startups, and global brands with the right capital, partnerships, and strategy to scale ideas that matter. Before Cerebral, I co-founded Maxus Nails, Inc., a beauty brand featured in Vogue, InStyle, and ELLE for its pioneering approach to nail care. Alongside building companies, I’ve also held roles as a Partner at Bachmanity Capital and Venture Partner at Republic, working with founders to secure funding and drive growth across industries.

Through The Cerebral Agency, I focus on spotting cultural and business shifts early and turning them into ventures that shape industries, empower founders, and build lasting impact.

I’m Jordan Chandler, an entrepreneur and creative strategist based in New York, working at the intersection of fashion, entertainment, and venture.

I became a Partner at The Cerebral Agency in 2023, joining Chuck Figueroa and Kristin Stueben to help expand its reach with athletes, startups, and cultural leaders. Before Cerebral, I founded Luxe Models, a talent agency built to elevate new voices in modeling and brand partnerships. I’ve also contributed to global campaigns in sports and entertainment, bringing experience from industries like Formula 1 and beyond.

At Cerebral, I focus on developing partnerships and strategies that amplify talent, connect culture with commerce, and create opportunities that resonate worldwide.
